HCAR ADMINISTRATION houses the offices of the Executive Director, Ross Jantz; the Accounting Department under the direction of Catherine Alexander; and the Personnel Department directed by Sue Bittner.
The administrative offices coordinate all the activities of HCAR's services and provide a single location from which members of the community may access information, apply for employment, or make suggestions for improvements to services.

Also housed within the administration building are the offices of Respite Services and Summit Support Services. The services provided by these programs are provided in individual homes or in community settings. The centrally located offices allow workers and service recipients to make contact more conveniently.
