Select eBilling Site and Login Page
This page contains the site selection dropdown list, username and password boxes and a 'Login' button. When one or more sites have been entered on the 'Set Defaults' page, this page will be automatically selected on program startup and the program will attempt to open the website listed as the default in the browser control on the lower portion of the form.
- DO NOT click the 'Launch Application' button on the webpage. DDS has configured the eBilling websites to open a new, full screen window on top of all other windows when that button is clicked. The eBilling Assistant cannot control the values in pages that are not contained within its main form. If you click the button accidentally, just close the login page (or if you have also logged in and gone to the application home page, close that page). The eBilling Assistant form along with the portal webpage will still be available.
- Enter any valid username and password combination for the site selected and click the 'Login' button. If you have made an error the webpage will display a message to the effect that the username/password entered do not match their records. Once the 'Login' button has been clicked the 'Select Spreadsheet File and Enter Calendar Data' page is automatically selected. If you have made a login error, you will need to click on the tab for this page to select it and reenter your login information to try again.
- Select other saved sites from the dropdown list. The portal page for that site will automatically open.
- For security reasons, the eBilling Assistant does not store usernames or passwords. They must be entered each time you use the program and each time you change sites. It is important to maintain your user information within the eBilling application itself and to change your passwords there as required.
