The HCAR eBilling Assistant is designed to streamline data entry into the DDS online eBilling system. It reduces the number of keystrokes/mouse clicks required to enter units used for each person and the possibility of data entry errors. If you already keep attendance data in an Excel spreadsheet or in a database capable of exporting data in Excel format and are entering data on one or more Regional Center eBilling webpages using the units calendar interface, this program can save you significant time and money.
