Using eBilling Assistant

The user interface consists of a tabbed set of pages at the top of the main form and an internet browser window at the bottom. The form can be moved within your screen by clicking and dragging the title bar and can be resized by clicking and dragging any of the borders. Close the program by clicking on the close button (X) at the top right of the form window or be selecting “Exit” from the File menu.

** Please note - depending on your monitor dimensions and screen resolution, clicking the “maximize” button my cause some controls on the form to be hidden. This can be easily fixed by clicking and dragging the window's borders to resize the form. **

The browser window implements an Internet Explorer control that automatically navigates to your designated default eBilling site once one has been saved and whenever you open the program after that.

The upper part of the form consists of three tabbed pages. Click on a tab to select each page. Some actions (such as logging in) will result in automatic page selection.

The “Select eBilling Site and Login” page allows selection of multiple eBilling webpages.

The “Select Spreadsheet File and Enter Calendar Data” page allows you to select the spreadsheet file to use from your computer or local area network and to transfer that information to the eBilling calendar. This is the main working page of the program.

The “Set Defaults” page allows you to designate the default eBilling site, as well as any other sites you use for billing. It also provides default settings for data locations on your spreadsheets.
